Q: How do I care for my Personalized Baby Blanket or Throw?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine Wash Separately in Cold Water
Delicate Cycle

NOTE: Periodically tiny microfiber dots may occur – this is a natural occurrence in the fabric (mostly seen in fleece). They typically appear black, blue, orange or yellow in color. Once the fabric is washed, they usually are less visible. We cannot accept returns for these normal-occurring printing dots.

Q: How do I care for my Personalized Lumbar or Square Throw Pillow?

Pillow Case Cover: Machine washable, 100% polyester
Pillow Case Insert: Hand-wash only, 100% polyester

Q: How do I care for my Personalized Mug?

Our ceramic mugs are top-rack dishwasher and microwave safe. Our enamel camp mugs are hand wash only and not safe for microwave use due to the metal substrate they are made out of.

Q: Can I change my Text or Design Personalization or Ship-To Address AFTER I place my order?

Because we turn our orders quickly, and artwork and production starts shortly after purchase, we cannot accept changes to your order once placed. Please make sure you accurately enter all personalization info at time of checkout. Please double check your Ship To address at time of checkout as we cannot change this once the item goes into production. 

Q: What kind of frames do you recommend for your prints?

A: Our prints come unframed and framing & matting is not available at this time. We recommend IKEA Ribba frames in birch, white or black as well as Pottery Barn, West Elm, Michaels, Kohls and Target frames.  Our prints all come in standard sizes so framing yourself is easy! 

Q: How are my items shipped? 
We use a variety of carriers depending on the product. We generally partner with USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL to ship our items. Our products are designed by Amy Brinkman, made-to-order and are shipped directly from our print partners.

Q: Can I see a custom print proof with my personalization info on it before I purchase it?

A: Our designs are created as shown in each listing. Unfortunately, we cannot provide proofs prior to purchase due to the graphic design time involved, but if you request one at checkout, we'd be happy to send one for your approval usually within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Q: Do you accept custom work such as a new design created from scratch, custom art print, logos, illustrations, wedding signs, (designs not currently shown in your shop)?
A: Please contact us and provide us with the details of what you are looking for. If you want to tweak a design shown, we'd be more than happy to accommodate your request. Design from scratch items are at the designers discretion.

Q: I am not sure of the color choice…will my artwork that I receive match my monitor?
A: Colors vary from monitor to monitor and digital images shown on screen may appear slightly darker once printed due to the background difference of a lighted screen verses paper and fabric substrates.
