Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the custom nature and on-demand printing of our products. We are unable to provide refunds on any order and exchanges are not allowed. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order if there is a problem with your order so a resolution can be made. Please provide photos of the problematic item.
Willow & Olive will offer replacements for items damaged upon arrival. Please send a phone photo of damaged item, including packaging, via email within 2 days of receipt of your order so a replacement can be sent right away. Customer is responsible for ship-to address accuracy, size & color choice and text/personalization info provided.
If there is a mistake on our end in text or personalization info (differs from customer provided-info), we will recreate and reship your order at our expense.
Monitor colors may vary. Care is taken to accurately represent your product. All files shown in the sample photos are actual print files and have not been altered in any way.
Willow & Olive is not responsible for Customs/VAT fees. Customs/VAT fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. Customs Form will be marked with actual cost of goods, no exceptions. No refunds will be given on international orders lost in the mail, including but not limited to orders stuck in Customs, or non-deliverable orders.
