All Willow & Olive items are custom made to order and created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because each item is custom made to order, variations in color, texture, and appearance — including differences from digital mockups or screen display — are expected and are not considered defects.

Slight variations may occur due to the custom production process and the natural characteristics of materials.

Woven Blanket Color & Appearance

Our woven blankets are created using a jacquard weaving process, where colors are formed by blending cotton yarns rather than printing ink. As a result:

• Colors will appear softer and more muted than digital artwork or listing images

• Bright or highly saturated tones may appear more subdued in woven form

• Each blanket is uniquely woven and may vary slightly in color and detail

These natural variations are part of the weaving process and are not considered defects.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for color variation, differences from screen display, or the overall appearance of the woven design.
