How long will my order take?

Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.

Delivery time is additional and varies based on your location and shipping carrier. During peak holiday or seasonal periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on orders of $25 or more.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may include a small additional fee due to higher carrier costs. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Will my woven blanket look exactly like the mockup?

Our woven blankets are created using a jacquard weaving process, where colors are formed by blending cotton yarns rather than printing ink.

Because of this:

  • Colors will appear softer and more muted than digital artwork or screen images

  • Bright or highly saturated tones may appear more subdued

  • Each blanket is uniquely woven and may vary slightly in color and detail

These natural variations are part of the weaving process and are not considered defects.

Why do woven blankets look different from printed images?

Woven blankets are created by interlacing colored cotton yarns, producing natural texture, depth, and a more vintage, heirloom appearance.

Digital screens display bright, backlit color, while woven textiles reflect light differently. The finished blanket may appear softer, warmer, or more subtle than the digital design.

This is a natural characteristic of jacquard weaving and part of what gives each piece its heirloom-quality look and feel.

Why choose a woven blanket?

Unlike printed products, woven blankets have the design woven directly into the fabric using 100% cotton yarn. This creates lasting texture, depth, and durability.

These blankets are made to be kept, gifted, and treasured for years — a true heirloom piece rather than a temporary print.

What size should I choose?

If you’re unsure, here’s a simple guide:

Woven Cotton Blankets

  • 37×52 – Baby, toddler, or keepsake display

  • 50×60 – Our most popular size, perfect for a lap throw or everyday use

  • 60×80 – Ideal for sharing, couch display, or end-of-bed styling

The 50×60 is the most versatile and bestselling option. Customers who prefer a larger, more oversized or luxurious look often choose the 60×80.

Minky & Sherpa Blankets

  • 30×40 – Baby or toddler size

  • 50×60 – Cozy everyday throw (most popular)

  • 60×80 – Full-body comfort or sharing

Sizing up provides a more comfortable and premium feel.

How do I care for my blanket?

Woven Cotton Blankets

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

  • Use mild detergent

  • Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry

  • Do not bleach

Woven cotton may soften and develop a more relaxed texture after washing.

Minky & Sherpa Blankets

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

  • Tumble dry low

  • Do not bleach or use fabric softener

  • Avoid high heat and do not iron

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Because production begins quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee changes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All Willow & Olive items are custom made to order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

Because each item is made to order, variations in color, texture, and appearance — including differences from digital mockups or screen display — are expected and are not considered defects.

What if my package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please contact us promptly and we will help guide you through the carrier claim process. Willow & Olive is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

Where are your products made?

All Willow & Olive designs are thoughtfully created in our Midwest studio and produced and shipped by our trusted U.S. textile partners.

How do I contact you?
