Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is available within the continental United States on orders of $25 or more. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may include a small additional fee due to higher carrier costs.

All Willow & Olive products are thoughtfully designed in our Midwest studio and produced and shipped by our trusted U.S. textile partners.

Each item is made to order. Production time is typically 3–7 business days before shipping. During peak holiday and seasonal periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on the best service for your location. PO Boxes are eligible for delivery via USPS only.

Once an order has shipped, Willow & Olive is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us promptly and we will help guide you through the carrier claim process.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. At this time, we ship within the United States only.
