• MADE TO ORDER - Production times can vary depending on volume and holidays.
• Tracking number is sent to you at time of shipment.
• We DO send a proof via email on our custom quote pillows. Please watch for an email from us within 2 business days of purchase for your proof. Pillow will only go into production once proof is approved by you.
• Customer is responsible for supplying accurate personalization & color choices from chart as well as accurate ship to address at time of order.
• Due to the bespoke nature of this product, all sales are final after production begins.
